Marino Jaén Espinosa is a Panamanian web technology consultant, entrepreneur and part-time college teacher. Since 2001, he has been the webmaster and head of research at, a grassroots web-based effort that pursues goals such as researching, preserving, publishing and teaching about Panama's rich cultural heritage. Marino Jaén Espinosa holds a Bachelor of Science in Compute Science from Louisiana State University, where he studied under a Fulbright Scholarship. He also holds a Master's Degree in E-Commerce Systems Development from Universidad de Salamanca.
