Bio

Katie McCadden serves as Research Assistant on the EU-funded project, Digital Curator Vocational Education Europe (DigCurV), in the Long Room Hub at Trinity College Dublin. Previously, Katie worked as the Programme Manager at the Digital Humanities Observatory, a project of the Royal Irish Academy. An experienced programme manager with extensive connections throughout the not-for-profit and NGO community, Katie McCadden developed and delivered institutes for educators from around the world at Harvard Graduate School of Education before moving to Ireland to work as a Project Coordinator and Assistant Editor in the publishing sector. Trained in Communications and French, Katie studied at the Sorbonne in Paris before completing a post-graduate degree in Public Relations and Event Management with the Fitzwilliam Institute, Dublin.
